St. Mary's Healthcare Assistant Human Resources in Amsterdam, New York
Job Requisition: REQ3361 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Hiring range: $18.74- $25.07 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Manages HR front desk, answers phones, greets visitors and responds to general inquiries and processes forms.
Accurately maintains personnel files. (Physical and profile in Expanse).
Schedules meetings as requested by HR leaders.
Provides support for scheduling space, room set-up, preparing materials, and other duties as needed.
Collects, enters, and verifies associate data into appropriate applications.
Assists with maintenance and distribution of Human Resources forms and documents.
Prepares for and participates in bi-weekly new hire orientation
Responsible for all new hire data management and organization
Additional clerical tasks including but not limited to; sorting mail, timely communication, keeping inventory of office supplies, ordering new supplies, etc.
Education, Training & Experience:
High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Assistant (Healthcare or Human Resources setting preferred).
