St. Mary's Healthcare Assistant Foundation Development in Amsterdam, New York

Job Requisition: REQ2889 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Hiring range: $17.47 - $22.71 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with fundraising campaigns, major gift and charitable development programs.

  • Prepares and coordinates production and mailing of fundraising materials as well as processing of acknowledgements.

  • Establishes and maintains tracking data for solicitation efforts and assists in retrieving and organizing data for analysis of results.

  • Updates and maintains donor and campaign information programs and website content. Assists in the organization and implementation of fundraising initiatives and special events. Provides administrative support, receives and screens visitors, telephone calls and handle general inquiries.

    Education, Training & Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Assistant (Healthcare or Fundraising setting preferred).
