Responsibilities
What you will do
Lead the development of sophisticated, consumer-centric strategies for well known global brands.
Direct the strategic planning process, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and with external partners (media, PR, clients, etc.).
Write inspiring creative briefs that balance a high level of creative ambition with strategic rigour.
Leverage and integrate qualitative and quantitative data throughout the strategic journey. You will work closely with our Data and Culture lab and help guide their research to align to our strategic needs.
Build comms strategies that break down big business objectives into concrete strategic tasks, understanding the barriers to overcome.
Cultivate and strengthen senior-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership that enhances our partnerships.
Drive new business development, identifying opportunities for agency growth and leading pitches for high-profile projects.
Qualifications
What you will have done before
You have 9+ years of experience in strategic roles within top-tier agencies or brands, with a proven track record of leading strategy on a large scale.
You have extensive experience in developing and implementing award winning strategies that are both creative and effective. Bonus points for Cannes Lions, Effies, IPA Awards, etc.
You are well-versed in comms planning, creative development, and market research, with a strong ability to integrate these elements into cohesive strategies.
You are knowledgeable about advertising strategy and understand what drives effectiveness.
You understand data and can leverage it to build creative strategies.
You have a history of successful team leadership and client relationship management, demonstrating both strategic acumen and interpersonal excellence.
