Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team to drive innovation, efficiency, and strategic supplier partnerships within the Beauty category.
Your role
As the Strategic Sourcing Manager Beauty Tech (Director) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement strategy and enhancing supplier relationships across three personal health product lines: Intense Pulse Light, Hair Care, and Female Depilation.
You will lead a team of procurement project managers, fostering a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture that drives innovation and efficiency.
Your collaboration with marketing, R&D, life cycle management, finance, and other cross-functional teams will ensure that procurement activities are fully integrated with business goals and timelines.
You will be responsible for the Beauty procurement strategy and execution, driving the Bill of Materials (BOM) savings funnel, and ideating and implementing saving projects. Additionally, you will define and deploy the procurement strategy aligned with the commodity strategy for each Business Unit, manage procurement performance, and drive flawless execution of supply base optimization projects, including productivity, de-risking, or assurance of supply from business case development to project execution
You will also work closely with R&D departments to enable first-time-right New Product Introduction (NPI) by driving innovation, orchestrating supplier selection, preventive quality planning (APQP), and ensuring cost achievement

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10+ years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in a leadership role within the consumer electronics industry.
Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills, and you can leverage the supply base and utilize ODM supply models.
Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Extensive experience in Value Engineering, Design for eXcellence, LEAN, Statistical process control, and/or Six Sigma.
Supplier-enabled innovation skills, an affinity with digitization and driving transformation to digitize procurement, and strong cost management and negotiation skills.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require a full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
