We are looking for a driving force behind our online growth strategy. You will lead and expand our newly set-up E-Commerce team and collaborate with various stakeholders to shape and execute the ecommerce vision. Your strategic mindset, leadership skills, and deep understanding of digital channels will move our brands to new heights.
You’re independent, a self-starter who wants to be in front of our online development and are ready to further shape our ecommerce footprint in the EMEA region. You are part of the marketing team and report into the Marketing Director.
Purpose
Further enhance, promote, and manage our EMEA E-Commerce strategy. You will play a crucial role in the further development of our online presence across marketplaces and pure players, driving sales by boosting brand visibility and overall platform presence in multiple countries. Collaborating closely with various internal teams and external partners, you will promote online growth and strengthen our competitive position.
Key accountabilities
Execute and develop the E-Commerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability
Translate changes to the overall company strategy into the E-Commerce strategy
Lead the ecommerce team, promote a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Identify market trends and digital sales channels to expand our online footprint
Establish new partnerships to increase our brand reach
Oversee external partnership to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels
Drive the development of the Amazon business
Manage advertisement and brand development on the E-Commerce platforms
Portfolio management and optimization
Analyze performance, create insights, and present recommendations to management
Own the E-Commerce P&L to ensure financial health and profitability, including budget planning cost control, and revenue optimization
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory and supply
Experience required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, E-Commerce)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in E-Commerce, preferably within FMCG
Direct experience in dealing with Amazon
In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms, marketplaces, and E-Commerce technologies
Excellent knowledge of business English

Proven track record with Amazon (1P model)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
Business acumen, with focus on feasibility of planning and alignment with internal stakeholders
Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Creative thinker with attention to detail and an eye for enhancing brand positioning
Results-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics
