Netflix Coordinator, Production Training and Industry Engagement, EMEA in Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Role
The Production Training and Industry Engagement (PTIE) coordinator EMEA, will support the Programme Manager, and local teams with the coordination of below the line (BTL) training schemes and industry engagement across the region. In this role, you will organize time-sensitive PTIE information and workflows from planning through archive & wrap up and work closely with our cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Netflix. You will be vital in maintaining alignment with our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Set up, schedule, and coordinate ongoing workflow updates for stakeholders across EMEA
Serve as primary PTIE contact on workflows and guidance around running initiatives for our technical ICs.
Track and manage calendar of initiatives across EMEA, keeping the PTIE team apprised of status.
Maintain, collect and track all data and assets relating to PTIE EMEA
Research, curate, and develop information for stakeholders including high-quality training providers and tutors
Update, refine and integrate PTIE workflows, working with Programme manager and X-functional partners to continually simplify and improve workflows
Work with manager on reviewing and analysing initiative memos and budgets. Serve as the bridge between PTIE and internal Netflix teams to ensure both sides receive pertinent updates promptly.
All PTIE administrative duties relating to setting up PTIE initiatives, including, k eeping Source of Truth accurate/providing initiative IDs and setting up folders/raising POs/participant agreement and data collection, advising on contracting/ payments.
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and implement appropriate strategies.
Helping in scheduling, booking and confirming occasional meetings across multiple time zones, and preparing necessary materials for those meetings
Occasional help in coordinating travel arrangements
Travel to EMEA teams to assist with coordination of initiatives
Any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
Work with multiple stakeholders across the region.
A strong understanding of the production process, with experience in at least one country in EMEA
Strong organizational and administrative skills- tracking, documenting, reporting on multiple projects/ initiatives, and writing skills preferred.
Additive to this role is the ability to speak one more EMEA language in addition to English.
Familiarity with data management.
Knowledge of industry training programmes
Experience across EMEA markets.
