Description We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team in the Education industry, based in Amherst, Massachusetts. As a Receptionist, you will be tasked with managing our multi-line phone system, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining accurate data records. You will also be responsible for handling email correspondence, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and directing calls on a multi-line phone system

• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

• Maintaining accurate data records in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Handling email correspondence in a timely and professional manner

• Organizing files and maintaining an orderly office environment

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members

• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Proficient in drafting and managing email correspondence

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, students, and visitors

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining filing systems

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and manage calendars

• Previous experience in an education setting is desirable but not mandatory

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
