Job Summary
Departmental Assistant will report to department chair and admin to complete tasks related to the migration of courses to Moodle/Canvas.
Essential Functions
Clerical tasks using Moodle/Canvas.
Assist with the organization of classes during migration.
Works on data and information related to the change, including updating as needed.
Attend meetings as needed.
Other Functions
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure)
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
Knowledge of basic MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic applications.
Knowledge of Moodle and Canvas.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Typical office environment.
Work Schedule
Variable schedule; 20 hours per week.
This is a temporary non-benefited position.
Salary Information
$18 per hour.
