ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator in Amery, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading industrial company, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse department supporting shipping and receiving teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Turtle Lake, WI
Pay Range: $21.00 / hr
Shift: 2nd Shift schedule with a couple hours every other Sunday (at Double Time)
What's the Job?
Complete shipping and receiving functions
Utilize the forklift to:
Place cheese and other materials, ingredients or items within the warehouse
Pull items to fulfill orders properly
Load and unload trucks
Move items as needed for access by production departments
Create and verify documents for orders, receipts, and stock movements
Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of receipts and shipments
Complete daily inspections of forklift and warehouse area
Follow all safety procedures and policies for safe operation of a forklift
What's Needed?
High school Diploma
At least 1 year of forklift experience, including experience with a multi-level racking system
Able to write legibly, do simple math, read and complete daily paperwork
Attention to detail
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Team Player
Demonstrates pride in work
Basic computer skills
Work independently
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work involves standing, walking, sitting and climbing up and down from the forklift
