Are you a highly skilled Executive Assistant looking to make an impact in your career path? We have an amazing opening for a premier client in need of an success-driven and proactive Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant will be over:

• Coordinate calendar and meetings

• Oversee all aspects of meeting management, which includes setting agendas, note-taking, and tracking action items for accountability.

• Plan and execute department events, meetings, and conferences, coordinating across departments for seamless execution.

• Mange travel an expense reports

• Run reports, budgets and aid financial department as needed

• Manage vendors, contracts, services, and supplies

• Collaborate with HR on training, culture, and employee development initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

• 3-5 years’ experience providing executive level management support

• Strong MS office skills

• Able to maintain confidential information
