The Coca-Cola Company Maintenance Parts Coordinator (1st Shift) in American Canyon, California

As the Parts Coordinator you will be responsible to manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance parts/equipment for the facilities maintenance department.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Utilize the SAP purchasing process to systematically order and receive parts, ensuring they are physically received into the plant.
Conduct daily audits and cycle counts, achieving a minimum of 250 items each week, and generate weekly and/or monthly parts inventory reports.
Issue purchase orders for Maintenance and Operational supplies/parts and place orders for required parts.
Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding delivery options, alternative parts selections, obtaining quotes, and other related matters; collaborate effectively with internal plant personnel.
Assist with maintenance duties and perform other job-related tasks as needed.
Ensure all parts required for plant equipment maintenance are available at the facility and counted accurately. Maintain accurate and real-time min/max part levels.
Education and Additional Qualifications
High school diploma
3-5 years' experience maintenance or inventory management.
Previous experience with SAP preferred.
Required Functional Skills
Possess command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to internal and external customers.
Must be able to climb, bend, reach and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to use a personal computer and related Company software applications and electronic mail.
Pay Range:$73,382 - $78,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
