Job Description

Our large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA is seeking a Scientist to join their growing RNA Gene Therapy and Delivery team within the Therapeutics Discovery organization. This individual will contribute to working on design and characterization of drug candidates based on protein conjugates. They will support multiple projects for the development of therapeutics such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), nucleic acid conjugates (siRNA, antisense, etc.), and peptide/small molecule conjugates. This Scientist will work closely with other team members and will primarily be responsible for conjugation, purification, and analytical characterization of these molecules. They will also be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and presenting experimental data. Additional responsibilities may include laboratory duties such as instrument and inventory maintenance. Previous bioconjugation experience is strongly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of lab-based experience with protein characterization in industry

-Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or related field

-Strong understanding of protein science -Conjugation experience - antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), nucleic acid conjugates (siRNA, antisense, etc.), or peptide/small molecule conjugates null
