Description We are looking to bring on board an analytical professional for the role of a Service Assistant in Amarillo, Texas. This role primarily involves offering support to our financial advisory team and handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high level of service in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing CRM and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

• Utilize Crystal Reports and other management systems to prepare reports and presentations.

• Handle various accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

• Participate in budget processes, assisting in the creation, review, and monitoring of budgets.

• Oversee cash activity, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

• Utilize Series 63 and Series 65 licenses to perform specific tasks as required.

• Manage and maintain records of asset-backed securities.

• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to their credit accounts.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and Crystal Reports is essential

• Demonstrable experience with Management Systems and About Time software

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes is required

• Ability to manage Cash Activity efficiently

• Familiarity with Compliance regulations and processes

• Must hold Series 63 and Series 65 Licenses

• Experience with Asset Backed Securities is a plus

• The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
