Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and driven Internal Tools Product Manager to join our clients FinTech organization. In this role, you will work closely with IT & security teams to develop and enhance internal tools that streamline operations and boost productivity. You will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that our internal tools meet the evolving needs of our employees.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical product management focusing on enterprise systems, consulting, and/or internal tool development

Familiarity with project management best practices and tools (Jira ideally)

Demonstrated interest or experience in backlog management and cross-functional coordination

Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and provide project updates

Expertise in identifying root causes of complex technical issues and crafting precise technical requirements FinTech industry experience
