Job Title: Fabrication Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Laborer to join our team in the fabrication/finishing department. The ideal candidate will be involved in packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends of products, making angle cuts with chop saws, and other tasks related to the fabrication of fiberglass structures. This entry-level position requires basic mechanical skills and the ability to use various hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
Pack and crate fiberglass products.
Drill holes and apply handles to products.
Seal ends of products.
Make angle cuts using chop saws.
Utilize nail guns, drills, and other hand tools.
Essential Skills
Ability to pass a tape measure test.
At least 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing (side work is acceptable).
At least 3 months of experience using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical inclination.
Good attendance and reliability.

Work Environment
This position involves working in a fiberglass environment where steel-toe boots are required. Jeans and t-shirts are appropriate attire. The environment can be itchy and may have a strong odor, but overall, the facility is well-maintained and clean. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, with four rotating schedules (A, B, C, D) to ensure the plant runs continuously throughout the week.
