The role you’ll contribute:
Collaborates with Multistate Division (MSD) leaders to manage the business implementation of “physician integration” joint venture projects and affiliation relationships that have been developed. Assists with developing, and planning outpatient offices, and then implementing the design and construction of physician offices in collaboration with subject matter experts in a variety of departments. Responsibilities include feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, early implementation checklists with action items, responsible parties, deadline dates, and all things related to project management and office implementation activities.

· Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating and supporting and enabling the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
· Define the project’s objectives and enable and support quality control throughout its life cycle.
· Facilitate and support project development from beginning to end. Work with other divisional departments to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
· Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
· Effectively communicate project specifics and support and enable departmental team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Work with other departments to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
· Responsible for working with recruiters, participating in physician introductions and managing logistics of physician visits and follow up. Facilitates the “on-boarding” process through implementation.
· Coordinates with the Director of Practice Management, and the Professional fee billing and collections company, and the Credentialing and Contracting organization to accomplish Third Party Payor credentialing.
· Works with The Medical Staff Office to communicate status of Hospital Credentialing, the Human Resources Department for interviews, compensation and benefits, and pre-employment testing, the Insurance Department for Tail Insurance, and other key departments who participate in the physician recruiting process.
· Participates in initiating candidate lead generation and developing residency program contacts.
· Targets and recruits’ physicians into AdventHealth product lines that have a community need and excess AdventHealth capacity.
· Participates with the Director of Practice Management in establishing “physician retention” program to maintain relationships with employed physicians who have been recruited by AdventHealth.
· Maintain effective relationships by providing “enabling services” and “support services” to a variety of AdventHealth service line directors, and other key constituents and contacts of the Physician Services department.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Requires five to seven years of experience in business implementation and project management.
Preferred Qualifications :
· MBA preferred.
· Entrepreneurial background is helpful. Experience with start-up of businesses, or medical practices. Prefer experience in Physician recruiting, marketing, and physician relationship development.
· Certified Medical Staff Recruiter preferred, ASPT preferred.
