  • Understand how to test concurrency, arrival rates, and scheduling.

  • Understand the roles of scalability, capacity, and reliability as quality attributes and requirements.

  • Understand how to set up/create test data and data management.

You should understand application performance management and have experience with system monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace/New Relic/Splunk, and can use and script the above tools to provide dashboards/alerts. You also should have basic Cloud knowledge.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Create & Test. You'll create test plans, test cases, and scenarios for large-scale, complex software applications. You will focus on the verification and validation of applications from an end-user perspective.

  • We work collaboratively, so you will communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for your products. You'll articulate clear and compelling reasons to persuade developers to make product changes for the end user's benefit.

  • You're always learning new technology and are eager to figure things out as you learn.

  • Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for a solution.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You'll have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.

  • You’ll have 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

  • Besides the proven experience and technical products mentioned above and working in an Agile environment testing iOS and Android native apps, experience with some of these products may give you extra comfort in the role:

  • Experience with Protractor or Angular Protractor/Selenium/JavaScript/Cucumber test automation framework to create complex test scenarios.

  • Establish performance benchmarks and provide metrics for End-to-end customer journey and NFR (SLO/SLA).

  • Web, Component-based, API, Database, and Cloud services performance execution using various technologies (LoadRunner, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, Gremlin, ITKO/LISA), etc.

  • Chaos engineering, scalability, and durability testing.

  • Performance testing automation.

  • Identify bottlenecks (response times, concurrency), probing and monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk), and identify optimizations for efficiency.

YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:

  • Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights.

  • Belong by joining one of our Business Resource Groups to connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests and experiences.

  • Grow your career in an agile, dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities to progress.

  • Continuously learn through ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities.

  • Be your healthiest . Best-in-class benefits start on Day 1 because healthy associates are happy ones.

  • Focus on your mental health and well-being . We're here to provide exceptional service to our clients, and none of that happens without each of us taking care of ourselves and being there for one another.

  • Join a company committed to giving back and generating a lasting, positive impact upon the communities in which we work and live.

  • Get paid to pay it forward . Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about.
