Senior iOS App Developer

Position Description:

CGI is seeking a full-time Senior iOS Developer to join our Digital Finance team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development and support of client-facing web and mobile applications in a collaborative and open environment. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative solutions for our clients.

This role can be out of Alpharetta, GA or Menlo Park, CA - Hybrid, must be at client site a minimum of 3 days per week

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Perform annual maintenance on the codebase and automated build scripts to keep pace with changes to iOS and Xcode

• Maintain certificates and signing, including certificate pinning, provisioning profiles, and push notification certificates

• Monitor production feedback, crash reports, and analytics—and address issues

• Work with infrastructure teams to address proxy, software and administrative privilege issues that impact iOS development or build processes

• Review code to provide objective feedback

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Strong Swift 5.5, UiKit as required by Apple frameworks including CI/CD experience.

• Broad iOS API experience, including but not limited to: Local Authentication, WebKit, Networking

• Deep knowledge of iOS programming concepts, including but not limited to: Threading, Crash Analysis

• JavaScript programming using Node, and Hybrid App debugging via Safari

• Strong experience with Restful APIs, UX skills a plus

• Reactive patterns experience a must

• Experience and knowledge of signing and provisioning process

• The latest Xcode, xcodebuild, application loader, and iOS

• Self Motivated and highly collaborative and communicative

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skills level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate for this type of position of the current range of $85,800 - $202,700
