LONG TERM INDEFINITE OPPORTUNITY RECOVERY AGENT NEEDED FORTUNE 100 FINANCE COMPANY CORPORATE LOCATION NEAR THE AVALON IN ALPHARETTA TRAINING BEGINS - May 15th $19.50 W/O 4 YR DEGREE/ $21 W/ 4 YR DEGREE Sort and process incoming mail, Invoice customer's account, Process and release repossession accounts according to state law. Send letters to customers advising of delinquency status. Uploading documents to customer files electronically Shifts - M-F, 8am - 5pm MUST PASS CLIENTS BACKGROUND SCREENING PROCESS

salary: $19.5 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

 Sort and process incoming mail to Recovery

 Invoice customer's account for repossession fees, key cuts, storage, etc.

 Document Management - Uploading documents to customer files electronically

 Send letters to customers advising of delinquency status

 Contact tow yards regarding impounded vehicles

 Process and release repossession accounts according to state law.

 Provide customers their legal rights regarding reinstatement of loan

 Perform miscellaneous task as assigned

 Ensure all customer information is secured.
