Your role at Clorox:
Provide leadership, coordination and technical expertise for upcoming materials changes occurring across the Supply Chain. Lead the material coordination efforts with a specific focus on vertical start-ups, reduced waste, material ability and new item integration. Partner with Project Managers, Planning, Procurement, current MSM team members and impacted manufacturing locations to integrate all components of the supply chain when large scale changes are projected across the operating environment. Utilize company planning and inventory tools to help facilitate accurate material forecast and usage projections, while optimizing material inventory levels and supplier lead times across the BU.
In this role, you will:
Attend Project kick-off meetings and regular working meetings
Maintain awareness for all current projects and their materials impacts for the supply chain
Integrate project changes into current Materials Management & Planning Processes
Partner with manufacturing locations in support of the successful integration of proposed changes across their sites
Provide forecast changes and impacts to project team members supporting company initiatives
Reduce material waste resulting from network changes
Support Material run outs and new material start-ups at all manufacturing locations
Integrate with the External Manufacturing network to ensure total supply chain awareness for proposed changes
Establish Material processes and lead-times that support the vertical start up of projects and/or network changes
Provide material updates to Supply chain leadership as needed on current projects and coordinate connection with the Supply Chain Squad
Integrate proposed material changes into the BU’s IBP processes and provide early warning for any impacts to production plans
Time permitting, support overall MSM (MM&P) efforts within the Cleaning BU
What we look for:
Proven experience being part of cross-functional projects, adhering to timelines, and ensuring all changes are implemented without disrupting production.
Skilled in change management principles, including communication planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation.
Ability to identify risks associated with material changes
Cultivate strong partnerships across all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives, to drive alignment and achieve team objectives through influence and collaboration.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, adapting messaging for various stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.
Demonstrate a solid grasp of business financials, effectively explaining the financial implications of supply chain decisions and associated risks.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability by effectively managing and prioritizing both planned and unforeseen tasks, maintaining focus on key goals.
Drive successful completion of complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with solutions that meet and exceed business requirements.
Degree in field preferred
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Up to 10% travel

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
