Within the Wealth Management Client Segment division, the Direct & Institutional Business division is home to three distinct business lines. The Business Risk team is a shared resource across DIB, primarily supporting the Morgan Stanley at Work division. This team is looking for a dynamic individual contributor to support the Morgan Stanley at Work Worldsky Program.

Morgan Stanley and its affiliates are subject to restrictions when offering services such as stock plan administration across international borders. The Worldsky program governs the process of identifying these restrictions and the permissibility of cross-border sales.

This position is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of program components, including process design, communications strategy, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison between Worldsky stakeholders, including client business teams, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product
  • Manage data related to jurisdictional permissibility across Morgan Stanley at Work platforms and systems to ensure accuracy and appropriate application
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and communications materials for reporting needs across the division (including executive summaries)
  • Prepare and deliver Worldsky training to client business teams and develop self-service educational materials such as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and process guides.
  • Conduct quality assurance/audit checks of the Worldsky review process, reviewing evidence for proper approvals.
  • Schedule key meetings for program activities relating to technology developments, issue resolutions, and process design.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting related programs and teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for general questions and provide responses in a timely manner.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 4 years of experience in supporting complex business programs and leading simultaneous projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a financial/investment services or technology environment .
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working with dispersed teams and colleagues at various levels within the organization, including senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85000 and 135000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
