Building Maintenance Technician - Ren-Tech Industrial
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on building maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial repair, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with the management team to prioritize tasks and manage maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proven experience in industrial or building maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other key facility systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a clean driving record/ pass a mandatory drug screening
