Compliance to Saputo Food Safety policies. Follow all Safety Rules, Procedures and Policies. Follow all Good Sanitation and Housekeeping Practices. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures for the assigned equipment and processes. Is responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Coordinate all maintenance activities and projects throughout the plant. Work closely with Maintenance Manager and respective Managers. Select and purchase all necessary maintenance parts and supplies. Handling of all vendors with maintenance equipment. Perform necessary maintenance work as needed. Completion of Plant Projects on time and on budget. Work with Maintenance Manager to develop capital and repair budget. Work with all departments and safety committee to ensure policies are enforced. Track and distribute all work orders for both the north and south plant, monitor in front of the track and distribute. Provide training and feedback to new employees on the job. Monitor the work area to ensure a safe environment is maintained and all plant safety rules are followed. Complete all assigned paperwork including maintenance records, master cleaning sanitation lists, schedules, accident reports and investigations and other, as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Enforce all Company Policies in a fair and consistent manner. Serve warnings as necessary for violations of Company Policies. Ensure that each employee has the opportunity to develop as a team member and receives the guidance to learn and grow. Encourage participation on plant teams. Must complete any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management team. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area and Master Sanitation Schedules. Other duties as directed by your supervisor.
