How you’ll spend your day

  • Development, target setting, monitoring, analysis and final calculation of periodic bonuses for internal and external customers

  • Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed

  • Data visualization

  • Help with the deployment and support of newly introduced features

  • Work with the business (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to understand processes, data and product performance in order to develop solutions resulting in financial growth/savings

  • Monitor market and business processes, outcomes, software and operations in

  • order to identify opportunities and develop solutions to: improve process, outcomes, and performance

  • Proactively develop analysis on market conditions, competitors and our own product lines

Your experience and qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience or 3-5 completed projects

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement

  • Demonstrated experience in working in different business areas and business models

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

  • Expertise in statistical methodologies in order to understand complex market dynamics

  • Inquisitive individual, willing to ask questions, probe, find answers in a complex environment

  • Ability to learn, design and automate processes

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative

  • Assertiveness, problem solving abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, time management, adherence to deadlines, accountability and creativity are required

  • Strong business acumen
