The Opportunity

This position works out of our Almaty , Kazakhstan location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division.

As the Assistance of the sales department, you’ll have the chance to provide assistance and support to National Sales Manager and other members of the department by handling day to day administrative tasks and contributing to the department projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Organization of business trips for employees within the country and outside the country

  • Drawing up contracts, their approval in the UDA system, sending them for signature, entering contracts into 1C

  • Creating PRs/TAFs/ERs

  • Participate in and give administrative support to specific Sales Force Projects.

  • Assist in organization of all meetings/events.

  • Ensure that all travel arrangements are made with the approved travel agent and responsible for coordinating registration for congress and seminars for all members of the department.

  • Coordinate regular departmental activity reports for the National Sales Manager.

  • Support Sales Force by handling necessary administrative tasks in department projects such as data entry to a database, file preparation, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a administrative position

  • Intermediate English, Fluent Russian and Kazakh.

  • Advanced Excel.
