Job description: The Material Manager oversees the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure smooth operations and efficiency within the organization. This role involves supervising the purchasing team, managing inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of materials, negotiating with vendors, and developing production schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This role collaborates closely with various departments to forecast demand, streamline processes, and uphold a seamless flow of materials through our supply chain.
