Position Summary:

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

    • Supervises Customer Support Representatives and/or Customer File Specialists.
    • Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly.
    • Monitors phone calls, call statistics and other client interactions and provides feedback and coaching as necessary
    • Provides direct support to assigned accounts.
    • Responsible for ensuring proper phone coverage, scheduling, performance, and addressing personnel issues.

    • Requires basic knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
    • Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other peers.
    • Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
    • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Frequent contact with external contractors/vendors.
