Our client in the Chemical industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Required knowledge :

Workday HCM implementation and Workday Learning experience.

Position Summary :

The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience with Workday HCM implementation and Workday Learning. Role is more Admin/HR than IT.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience with project management software.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
