Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Breinigsville, PA

Schedule: Day Shift or Night Shift, 12-hour set schedules

Pay: Starting at $22.05 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. Your primary duties will include:

• Meeting Daily Production Goals:

• Support cleanroom fabrication operations by achieving daily production targets.

• Equipment Operation:

• Operate both manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality standards.

• Setup and Operation:

• Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment efficiently.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work constructively with team members to process wafers and optical components.

• Performance Tracking:

• Utilize computer software to monitor operational performance and make minor adjustments to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred.

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manual and computer-controlled equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a set schedule.
