Miller-Keystone Blood Center Production Manager Ambulatory Care Division in Allentown, Pennsylvania
Reference #: 1418728 The Ambulatory Production Manager primary responsibilities are, but not limited to, responsible for shift production, oversees distribution, staffing and work scheduling for the shift. Essential Functions Schedules the flow of linen through the departments based on daily requirements. Works with departmental supervisors to ensure orders are ready on time and deliveries depart on schedule. Verify linen products are properly handled through out the facility. Assure proper washing, extracting and drying of linen. Ensure attendance and productivity standards are maintained, work with supervisors to address corrective action for employees who fall below standard. Education High School Diploma/GED Required
Experience 4 years Shop Supervisor Required 2 years Shop Supervisor Preferred Qualifications Ability to plan, schedule and direct work of self and others Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to deal with multiple priorities Adaptable and able to maintain a flexible schedule
