Job Title: Lead Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Electrician to oversee a crew of 1-3 individuals. This role requires hands-on involvement, not just giving directions and commands to the crew. The job scope includes residential work, commercial fit-outs, new construction, and service projects as needed. As the Lead Electrician, you will read and interpret blueprints, troubleshoot electrical systems, plan layouts and installations, and communicate effectively with field and office personnel. Safety is a critical aspect of this role. Pay rate varies between $23-$30/hr depending on experience.

Hard Skills

• Lead experience in the residential/commercial setting

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Troubleshooting experience

• Ability to train and develop helpers

• Ownership of hand and cordless power tools

• Proper PPE

• Valid driver’s license
