Job Description Position Overview: The main role of this position is to provide ARP-AT management with timely and accurate information on finished goods and raw materials inventories in all internal and external warehouses.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities Rectifies discrepancies that occur and communicates accurate reporting Provides historical inventory information and reports as requested to assist various departments in referencing past finished goods/raw materials movement and transactions Monitors the accuracy of the finished goods/raw materials inventory information through insuring that cycle counting activity is done on a regular basis; resolves any issues that are identified through this activity Work with the warehouse and quality to do returns. Maintains SAP system and runs reports in SAP to look for any errors that may have happened in operations as well as reconciliation of all cycle counts in SAP to audit inventory accuracy. Clears out scrap, salvage, lost tickets from the production floor. Maintaining a schedule for weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle counts Contacts vendors for selling scrap materials and tracking shipment/payment Contacts vendors for raw materials returns Contacts customers for multi-trip packaging (MTP) and audits every 6 months and communicates with accounting Works directly with external auditors for blind cycle counts Demonstrates flexibility to work with a variety of departments within the plant and other Amcor locations and provides back-up and support to customer service, warehousing and shipping Ensures process adherence across 3PL locations Month end reconciliations that meet internal and external audit requirements Assist in locating lost or misplaced materials required for a production job Analyze material transaction history

Qualifications: Associate degree preferred or up to 2 years relevant experience preferred (or a combination of education and experience) Good skills in math, detail orientation, and communication Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and Microsoft Windows environment. Excellent Excel knowledge and SAP experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory control systems. Prior experience with manufacturing supply chain/ operations preferred Good planning and organizational skills are required and eye for detail a must. Is a quick learner with the ability to work in a self-directed environment is important. Willingness to assist others

Other Requirements: bility to visually and mentally make priority decisions and independent judgment calls based on the situation at hand. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to efficiently and effectively use a computer and related software. Ability to work required overtime.
