Community Services For Children Innovation Lab Coach in ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania
Community Services for Children is looking for an* Innovation Lab Coach* to develop and implement an appropriate lab environment for our preschool classrooms! Work Environment: A $500 monetary incentive will be paid to newly employed Community Services for Children staff members. The $500 payout will be paid upon successful completion of probation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement digital media educational literacy to support the mental health and developmental needs of each enrolled child
- Comply with all innovation lab programming regulations, accreditation standards, and child development principles
- Provide a positive learning environment to guide children in developing self-regulation behaviors
- Provide technology and software support to education staff within the preschool environment
- Problem-solve operational issues in conjunction with IT staff to maintain the innovation lab capabilities
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe learning environment
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Early Childhood Education or related field
- Three years of experience with preschool children
- Two years of experience with information technology
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
- English/Spanish bi-lingual a plus
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. in order to assist children as needed and to move equipment and materials
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with individuals of varying economic, educational, and cultural backgrounds

Pay Rate: $22.52 to 27.64/hr Hours per week: 40 / Weeks per year: 48
