Industrial Engineers (Consultants) -- Enterprise Systems Partners, Inc. (Allentown, PA): Work with diverse manufacturing clients to lead business process analysis for manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and reduce costs. Conduct valuestream mapping to analyze processes and lead teams on reducing non-value added tasks. Perform on-site client visits to recommend business processes for purchasing, sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, inventory, customer service, etc. Establish standard work, visual controls, and design efficient factory layout using AutoCAD. Apply industrial engineering techniques like work measurement, continuous process flow, leveling out workload, visual control, DMAIC problem solving, lean workplace, 5S, FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for operational improvements. Design processes for lead-to-opportunity, order-to-cash, plan-to-produce, procure-to-pay, and finance within Infor Cloud Suite Industrial and Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Configure system functionality including setup parameters and selection variables. Gather customer requirements and demonstrate processes using ERP system. Design and deploy best practices for Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Inventory Management, Sales Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Production Control and Financial Management. Lead ERP implementation to digitize business processes, improve operational performance, and profitability. Utilize computer programming like Python and SQL queries to clean, analyze, and align data for ERP system. Develop technical documentation like ERP procedure manuals, system requirements, process blue-prints, system functional design documents, test procedures, operator work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Provide training to users. Prepare reports and dashboards. Conduct unit, integration, conference room, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Perform final factory acceptance testing (FAT) and manage ERP system migration.

Requires: Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related and six (6) months of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Industrial Engineering Intern/Consultant, or related. Must have experience with SQL, AutoCAD, Python, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Continuous Process Flow, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S, and Kaizen. Intermittent travel to client worksites required.
