Bestucco, Inc. Crew Leaders (multiple openings-8) in Allentown, Pennsylvania
Collaborate with team to communicate project requirements, timelines and budget constraints. Ensure all permits and approvals are obtaining before work commences, Ensure all resources and materials are available for the duration of the project. Provide clear instructions, guidance and performance feedback. Inspect work progress and ensure all safety regulations are met. Delegate tasks and communicate any problems to stakeholders. Provide technical guidance on stucco mixingm application, texture and finish, Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements. Address any issues or deviations probmptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary, Conduct periodic inspections with stakeholders. May have responsibility tor multiple projects.
Qualified applicants must have 3 years of exp which includes stone, stucco or masonary. Must have some supervisory or project management experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneiouslt and deliver on-time, on budget. 40% of the position requires travel to unknown job sites on the East Coast from Mass to FL. (Travel exp reimbursed)
