We are seeking highly-motivated civil engineering students to join our Civil/Site Discipline as a Co-op in our Allentown, PA office during Spring 2025. Our interns will assist technical staff on day-to-day projects. Read and review project drawings and plans. Confer with engineers about preparing plans. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software under the charge of Engineers. Observe project sites and evaluate contractors' work to detect problems with a design. Prepare reports and document project activities and data. Prepare analyses from collected data. Set up and help maintain project files and records. Deliver plans and reports to government and regulatory agencies. In addition to the work-centered program, we also offer robust internship programming, which includes opportunities to work with other interns, learn about other areas of the business, and develop valuable communication skills and networking connections. Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an interest in Civil/Site Development, or a related program. Must have reliable transportation to the office. Basic understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess solid problem-solving skills. Must be able to work in a high-paced environment. Strong computer literacy, to include MS Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. What We Offer
