Urgently hiring an Quality Control Analyst for a growing CDMO cell and gene therapy company!

Job Description:

• Perform testing to help develop methods for flow cytometry and QC analysis

• Perform cell culture and cell counting in order to analyze for quality control

• Help perform analysis for flow methods and complexity testing

• Provide input to improve workflow and laboratory activity

• Provide input and proficiency in relevant QC testing

• Provide training and some oversight to new employees on team

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in related scientific field.

• Experience and/or understanding of microbiology testing methods.

• 1-2 years of experience performing flow cytometry assays and endotoxin testing.

• Previous cell and gene therapy experience is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Shift - Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday (Need flexibility)

• Working within an ISO 5 to ISO-8 regulated cleanroom environment.

• Handling patient blood samples as well as donor samples.
