Title:

Technician II, Manufacturing Process

Job Description:

1. Works with a variety of process equipment.

2. Supports engineers in equipment or process validation studies.

3. Works independently to meet production demands.

4. Identifies and repairs common equipment failures.

5. Provides operator training and monitors document conformance.

6. Identifies and corrects common process problems.

7. Supports production or process development as required.

8. Set-ups, adjusts and operates laboratory/manufacturing equipment and instruments

9. Drafts manufacturing documents like work instructions, build records, validation protocols/reports, etc.

10. Builds and test validation units

11. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Tooling/fixture design experience with SolidWorks preferred

3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician in medical device or related industry.
