We offer a base rate of $26.00 an hour, plus the opportunity to work overtime.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and repair carpets and floors
Clean job sites after fires, floods, and construction
Clean upholstered furniture
Regular custodial cleaning in commercial and high-security buildings
Clean and stock vehicle
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of two years' floor and carpet care experience, including buffing, scrubbing, stripping floors, carpet care
Experience using carpet extractors and auto scrubbers
Previous experience in fire and water restoration services a plus
Valid Driver's License
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Competitive Compensation Package Includes:
Base hourly rate of $26.00 an hour

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:
Walking and standing
Climbing
Bending forward
Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling
Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
Respective bending and arm movements
