As a member of one of the most innovative and fastest-growing groups at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe (US/EU/India) to build a highly scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) offering

What You'll Do at Pega:

Build highly-available, scalable cloud-native systems using Golang and Python

  • Infrastructure hosting and orchestration

  • Design and development of CI/CD Pipelines, Integrations, and testing

  • Leverage DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated operations of our services

  • Work as part of a collaborative agile team

  • Maintain and build FEDRamp complaint services inside AWS

  • Assist our operations team with sophisticated operations along the entire service lifecycle

Who You Are:

  • You understand DevOps culture, and you consider yourself to be a technically versatile person

  • You bring good practices around design patterns with you, which you can leverage to support our Pega Cloud with our "as-a-Service" evolution

  • You are experienced in Maintaining and creating Cloudformation Templates, Libraries, and Terraform Modules

  • You are skilled in Linux and Unix systems as well as Scripting and Automation

What You've Accomplished:

  • Strong understanding and experience in Cloud technologies, ideally with multi-cloud perspective, should present knowledge level of AWS Associate Developer or equivalent for GCP

  • Skilled in Cloud infrastructure – setup, management

  • Hands on AWS experience, GCP is a plus

  • Knowledge of Golang and Python

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (Helm/Terraform/Cloudformation)

  • Knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes (having CKAD certification is a plus)

  • Be able to problem solve, troubleshoot, debug Linux development stack (Linux, Tomcat, PostgreSQL, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, pipeline automation, testing framework around CI/CD pipeline

  • FedRAMP related knowledge – Security scans, audit reviews and fixes a Plus

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science and/or 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Due to Government Support / Fed Ramp must be US Citizen
