Job Summary:

The AV Technician Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the RGB Spectrum video wall system and provide support for the Emergency Operations Centers (EOC). This role includes design services for future initiatives and regular system health checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for the RGB Spectrum video wall system.

• Recommend and implement design revisions for video wall layouts.

• Address IT-system maintenance and support for video walls and EOC systems.

• Collaborate with Service Desk Management to establish response policies and best practices.

• Perform regular system health checks and provide monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with RGB Spectrum video wall systems.

• Strong design and layout planning skills.

• Proficiency in IT-system maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to generate comprehensive reports and recommendations.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
