Description
In this position, you will be in charge of preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, and preparing audits, as well as managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. The salary range will be $75,000 -$90,000 DOE, along with phenomenal benefits and bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities
Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required
Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Engage in various department-wide initiatives
Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Requirements - Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus
Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills
Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
GAAP Accounting experience
Expertise in general ledger
Able to manage time well
Proficient in ERP systems
1+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
