Manpower is seeking a Production Crew Supervisor to join their team.. The ideal candidate will have good management skills, understanding of production line flow and flexibility of work schedule which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Crew Supervisor

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $25p/h

What’s the Job?

• Manage, lead and be accountable for crew environmental, health and safety performance and practices.

• Monitor production and information flow paths and production rates to ensure objectives are met.

• Resolve conflicts and exhibit strong leadership skills.

• Enforce workplace rules, policies, procedures and labor agreement.

• Maintain quality, process management and production standards.

What’s Needed?

• Prior experience as Production Supervisor or Production Team LEAD

• Associate's degree or Bachelor in a Technical discipline is preferred. High School Diploma required.

• Knowledge of ABS or Lean Manufacturing principles

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Proficient using Microsoft Office.
