Position is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in office at
4600 A Montgomery Blvd NE Suite A-101 Albuquerque, NM 87109
Office Assistant Essential Functions:
Maintain and manage all schedules to meet the client’s approved hours and needs.
Responsible for taking ‘on-call’ to provide 24/7 access to caregivers and clients on a rotating basis.
Responsible for recruiting. Including, but not limited to review of resumes, pre-screening applicants and ensuring the office staff is supplied with potential job candidates who will meet and fulfill the needs of the agency. Interviewing and scheduling meets with potential clients
Manage telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette and transferring out.
Assist with the onboarding of new hire orientations and assignment of cases/shifts.
Maintain employee and customer service relations and satisfaction at all times.
Assist agency with survey process and data collection.
Manage and maintain accurate electronic filing system.
Putting all new caregiver information in the time electronic management system(s).
Must perform all task necessary to accomplish the company’s payroll processing objectives.
Regular daily onsite attendance is an essential function of this job to execute the work efficiently and effectively.
Office Assistant Skills:
Computer literate, capable of working under stress, team oriented, high degree of independent judgment, professional demeanor and appearance, must be able to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
Office Assistant Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Spanish-speaking preferred
Computer literate with data processing experience.
Capable of working under stress.
Team and service oriented.
High degree of independent judgment, discretion and knowledge of company organization and policy and procedures.
Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Must be able to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
A valid driver’s license and a good driving record (as determined by the employer) is required for this position.
