Job Description
The objective is to provide support, guidance, organization, clarification, and structure to the other techs in the shop. You will lead by example, maintain a great attitude, and display great character. A working knowledge of the equipment along with the ability to schedule people is a must.
Job Requirements
Ability to
manage time between mechanic work and supervisory responsibilities
to safely operate all types of heavy equipment
diagnose re-gen systems
diagnose hydraulic and fuel systems
rebuild equipment components
test systems
5+ years, minimum experience
