TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Description :

  • Communicate with customers including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues

  • After fully trained, the expectation is to make upwards of 80 outbound calls a day to update test result status

MUST HAVES: -1+ years in a call center environment -Must be very tech savvy and can use over 4 software programs at once -At least 1+ year in a very fast paced, time sensitive environment -Willingness to work in office -1.5+ year of job tenure at each role on resume NICE TO HAVES: -1+ year working in a healthcare/medical company -Has experience working for a medical laboratory -Experience using any of the following programs such as Misys, Fast Orders, Cisco Finesse, TeleOpti -Pursing a career in the medical/healthcare field
