Job Summary
As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.
Hours of operation are 6AM-9PM MST 7 days per week (Deposits)
Hours of operation are 24/7 (Cards)s.
Responsibilities
Display passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our customers’ financial lives
Fully understand how life events can impact a customer’s financial situation and be prepared to actively advise solutions and analyze/resolve complex customer problems through creative solutions
Communicate effectively and confidently with customers to make their financial lives better
Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate possible questions, actively share information, build rapport, and handle objections
Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Have 1+ years of customer service experience, including experience handling potentially difficult customer situations
Strong computer navigational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
Professional and courteous
Customer oriented
Work Environment
Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
