Insight Global Commercial Fuels Territory Sales Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Commercial Fuels) to sit in New Mexico. This is a direct hire, salaried role, with commission. The Commercial Fuels Territory Sales manager is responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining the P&L associated with commercial fleet operators in New Mexico. Manages 300+ commercial fleet contracts with municipal entities and small fleet operators. Directly responsible for developing the annual budgets and delivering within plan for profit and expenses. Safety Critical Leader with technical understanding of the risk associated with operating a commercial retail fuels. Responsible for the card services business as well as the extension of credit for new customers. Outstanding leader that excels in the development of personnel working with personnel in Finance, supporting sales staff, and accounts receivables. Develops leads for new customers and closes deals. Has deep understanding of commercial fleet fuel operations as well as fuel supply chain operations in a complex commercial environment. Drives continuous improvement with strong appreciation for analytics in performance management.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years with a proven track record of sales in commercial fuels specifically in New Mexico

Strong delivery mindset and experience managing a P&L for commercial fuels

Customer driven mindset, ability to make own schedule and drive customer relationships

Skilled in Microsoft suite of applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, ERP systems, etc. null
