Local company in ALBQUERQUE is seeking a FULLTIME Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Receptionist. Receptionist needed to answer multi-line phone system, mail prep, scanning documents and any other administrative duties assigned. Must have good communication skills and Microsoft Office experience. This is a FULLTIME Monday thru Friday 8A-5P position. Good Attendance is an absolute must, as well as reliable transportation. Apply today!

Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages

• Experience with receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors

• Basic office skills including filing, typing, and office equipment operation

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Professional and courteous demeanor

• High school diploma or equivalent required, further education or certifications in office administration are a plus.
