Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a multifaceted role primarily focused on Accounts Receivable duties including invoicing, collections, and cash posting, alongside daily reporting responsibilities. This position will also involve handling physical cash transactions and assisting with Accounts Payable by matching invoices to purchase orders and entering them into our Sage system. The role offers flexibility within a standard 8:00 to 5:00 schedule, with a one-hour lunch break, and opportunities for permanent employment with benefits including dental coverage after 30 days, medical after 60 days, and eligibility for 401k enrollment after one year.
